Shipping Policy
- Orders require 2-3 business days to begin processing before shipping.
- Orders are processed during normal business hours (Monday-Friday, 10 AM - 5 PM PST).
- Items purchased after 5 PM PST on Fridays will begin processing the following Monday.
- Some custom orders may require additional processing time.
- A tracking number will be emailed once the order has shipped.
- Standard shipping time: 2-3 business days after the order has shipped (delays may occur due to holidays or weather).
- All packages ship via USPS and require a signature confirmation.
- To avoid shipping delays, ensure your billing and shipping addresses match.
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Return & Exchange Policy
- All sales are final.
- Exchanges are allowed on unopened, unused hair extensions within 48 hours of receiving them.
- Hair must be in brand new, saleable condition, with tags attached and in original packaging.
- Custom units and custom-colored hair are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
- To request an exchange, contact info@kpluxehair.com during business hours (Monday-Friday, 10 AM - 5 PM PST).
