Shipping Policy

  • Orders require 2-3 business days to begin processing before shipping.
  • Orders are processed during normal business hours (Monday-Friday, 10 AM - 5 PM PST).
  • Items purchased after 5 PM PST on Fridays will begin processing the following Monday.
  • Some custom orders may require additional processing time.
  • A tracking number will be emailed once the order has shipped.
  • Standard shipping time: 2-3 business days after the order has shipped (delays may occur due to holidays or weather).
  • All packages ship via USPS and require a signature confirmation.
  • To avoid shipping delays, ensure your billing and shipping addresses match.
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Return & Exchange Policy

  • All sales are final.
  • Exchanges are allowed on unopened, unused hair extensions within 48 hours of receiving them.
  • Hair must be in brand new, saleable condition, with tags attached and in original packaging.
  • Custom units and custom-colored hair are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
  • To request an exchange, contact info@kpluxehair.com during business hours (Monday-Friday, 10 AM - 5 PM PST).
